Apex Hotels began back in 1996 with a single hotel in Edinburgh's historic Grassmarket and a simple belief in good old-fashioned hospitality. While we've grown from one hotel to a collection of destinations across the UK, that belief remains at the heart of everything we do. Today, our collection of nine hotels welcomes guests across Edinburgh, Glasgow, London, Bath, Dundee and Dunblane. Whether you're travelling for work, leisure or a little of both, our aim is always to create stays that feel comfortable, uplifting and genuinely personal. While our hotels have grown, our approach as a family-owned business hasn't changed. Every Apex Hotel holds Gold Green Tourism Accreditation, and we've removed more than 900,000 single-use plastic amenities from our supply chain.
