Relieve your body and mind of tension and whether you’re working up a sweat in the sauna or steam room, make sure you work up an appetite too. Take your taste buds on an adventure with a light lunch in our hotel restaurant.

Personalised to your unique needs, this targeted massage features immersive aromatherapy to sooth sore muscles, invigorate your body and calm your mind. Or choose a 25-minute ESPA express facial which is personalised to your needs naturally active formulas cleanse, rebalance and hydrate the skin. Pure essential oil aromatherapy sooths the senses, mind and spirit. This treatment leaves you looking radiant and feeling relaxed. Both treatments includes two hours access to our thermal and fitness suite facilities and includes a lunch of two mini plates in our restaurant.
