Membership & benefits

Your membership offers more than just fitness facilities. Members enjoy full access to the gym, pool, classes (where available), changing facilities and membership support team, plus a range of exclusive benefits including 25% off all food and drink at the hotel (including breakfast, lunch and dinner), six guest passes per year, 15% off direct bookings at Apex Hotels and access to gyms at other Apex Hotel locations.

It's a membership designed to provide value both inside and outside the club.

FAQs

  • The club includes a 17-metre heated indoor pool, bubble pool, sauna, steam room, a fully equipped gym (cardio, resistance, free weights, functional training), changing rooms with lockers and showers, and a fitness studio for classes.

  • Mon–Fri: 7am–10pm / Sat–Sun: 8am–8pm

  • Guests under 16 may use the pool between 8am and 8pm. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. One adult may supervise a maximum of two children.

  • The gym includes treadmills, cross trainers, rowing machines, resistance machines, a Synergy multifunctional resistance unit, cable columns, dumbbells, kettlebells, and benches. Peloton bikes and LifeFitness cardio and strength machines are also available.

  • Our welcoming personal trainers are on hand to provide expert advice and support. Personal training sessions are available. Speak to the team at reception or give us a call to arrange a session.

  • Yes, the hotel offers on-site parking. If you're visiting the club, please speak to the team about any parking arrangements available to members.

  • Day passes are available. Day passes can be bought individually. Speak to the team about a trial visit before committing to membership.

  • We offer a range of flexible membership options to suit different lifestyles, including full access and daytime memberships. Daytime membership includes access Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. To find the membership that's right for you, please get in touch or give us a call and our team will be happy to help.

  • Yes. Members benefit from reciprocal use of gyms at other Apex Hotels.

  • Please bring swimwear if you plan to use the pool and a padlock for the lockers. Towels are available, so please check with reception on the day.

  • Hydro Health Club is located on Perth Road, Dunblane FK15 0HG, within the grounds of Apex Dunblane Hydro Hotel.

  • Yes, Hydro Health Club is open to both hotel guests and non-residents.
