Are there seperate swim times for families?
Yes, we have dedicated swimming pool times for guests with children.
Monday - Friday 09:00 - 11:00 and 14:00 - 18:30
Saturday - Sunday 09:00 - 11:00 and 14:00 - 19:30
Use of the pool is subject to capacity limits and spaces are on a first come first served basis.

I'm a spa & leisure member, do I need to pay for parking?
Spa and leisure members can get up to 4 hours free parking, available on a first come first served basis. The standard parking charges will apply thereafter. To gain your 4-hour exemption, please email us at to spa.reception@apexhotels.co.uk and provide the name that your membership is under and your car registration plate number. Our system will automatically recognise your car as a Yu Fit member and allocate the 4-hour period. If you use a different vehicle on any given day, you will be required to use our portal in the spa reception to enter the car registration number and no charges will be applied. Failure to do this will result in a fine, so please do not hesitate to ask a member of staff for assistance if you need some help.

Do you provide robes, slippers and towels?
Yes. These are provided to guests who booked a Spa Day Package.

What facilities does Yu Spa have & what do I need to bring?
We have a sauna, steam room, pool & relaxation room and hot tub along with a duet room if you would like your treatment with a friend or partner side-by-side.
Towels are provided and guests must bring swimwear. We do encourage guests to bring a refillable water bottle to help with our sustainability mission.

How early should I arrive for my spa service?
We recommend that you check in 15 minutes prior to the start of your spa treatment. If you are coming for a Spa Day Package or have the use of facilities included, you can arrive 2 hours prior to the start of your experience to enjoy the sauna, steam, pool & shower facilities.

Should I tell anyone about my medical history?
Your therapist will ask you to complete an online consultation form prior to your treatment. If you are pregnant, have a history of cancer or have had recent surgery please tell us about this at the time of booking & we will be able to recommend the best treatment for your needs.

Can I cancel or reschedule my treatment?
Our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to treatment. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your treatment.

I loved the products used in my treatment, can I buy them?
Yes. Each site has a bespoke range of luxury ESPA products & our team will be happy to talk you through the range.

Can I bring my child for a spa treatment?
We offer treatments for over 18s only. However, it may be possible to offer nail services to children aged 12 & over.

Can I use the facilities before and after my treatment?
Add on a day pass to use the facilities before or after your treatment for Monday – Thursday £15 or Friday - Sunday £20
*not applicable to residents or spa package guests.
